Found a fee schedule that changed? Got a roadside inspection result that contradicts what we published? Staring at an IFTA notice you don't understand? Write. We read every message ourselves — Mike, Jennifer, or David, not a ticketing system and not an auto-responder pretending to be one.
A few ground rules so nobody wastes time. We can't give legal advice, and we can't intervene in an active audit or enforcement action — for that you need a transportation attorney, and we'll say so plainly if your question crosses that line. What we can do is point you at the right regulation, the right form, or the right page on this site, and tell you what we'd check first if it were our truck.
Corrections get priority. If you spotted a wrong number, a moved deadline, or a retired form, say "correction" in your message and it goes to the top of the pile. Expect a reply within two business days. During audit season — January through March, when the IFTA and UCR renewals stack up — it can run to three. And if your truck is parked at a scale house right now, call the phone number below instead of using the form. Email is not an emergency channel.
